Please be advised that the fees for Planning and Engineering Department application reviews will be increasing effective November 1, 2021.

The current fees have been in place for over 10 years and the new fees better reflect the amount of time and resources it takes to complete a thorough review of the various application types. The major changes include:

Fees for rezoning applications will be determined by the type of application (PUD or any other zone request)
A new fee has been created for construction plan review
The calculation for land disturbance fees has changed
