Please be advised that the fees for Planning and Engineering Department application reviews will be increasing effective November 1, 2021. The current fees have been in place for over 10 years and the new fees better reflect the amount of time and resources it takes to complete a thorough review of the various application types. The major changes include:

• Fees for rezoning applications will be determined by the type of application (PUD or any other zone request)
• A new fee has been created for construction plan review
• The calculation for land disturbance fees has changed

Plat/Plan Related Fees

Preliminary Plans - $500 base fee

Preliminary Lots - $100 per lot

Final Plats (Major) - $500 base fee

Final Lots (Major) - $100 per lot

Final Plats (Minor) - $150 base fee

Final Lots (Minor) - $75 per lot

Site Plans - $500 base fee $.02/square foot of non-residential building area; and/or $10 per dwelling unit

Waivers - $50

Zoning Compliance - $50

 

Zoning Application Related Fees

Rezoning (Non-PUD) - $750

Rezoning (PUD) - $1,000

 

Board of Zoning Appeals Fees

Variances/Special Exceptions - $600

Administrative Appeals - $100
